科技的進步日新月異,企業營運的商業模式也必須隨著時代潮流而有所更易,本研究主要在敘述環境監測儀器業的商業模式現況,並運用Osterwalder and Pigneur (2010)所提出的Business Model Canvas商業模式的九大要素作為探討工具,分析其價值主張、內部活動及外部活動,期望透過商業模式中的客戶區隔、價值主張、通路、顧客關係、收入來源、關鍵資源、關鍵活動、關鍵伙伴以及成本結構等九大要素,了解個案公司的商業模式型態,並透過深入訪談方式進行資料蒐集,根據分析結果提出個案公司未來適合且可行性較高的創新商業模式與營運策略建議,以便提升其競爭優勢。經由本研究分析探討後發現,雖然個案公司維持現有商業模式經營,還是可以繼續在業界生存,但隨著目前科技產業環境的快速變化,為了增加個案公司總體的收入來源,本研究認為個案公司除了在原有的商業模式下,應該更積極投入各項檢校設備,建立國際儀器檢校認證實驗室,以符合國際品質認證標準。此外,個案公司更可以透過雲端科技來增加持續性的收入服務,以達成公司永續經營的目標。 With the rapid technology improvements, company’s business model should be changed continuously and accordingly. This study focuses on describing the current business model of environmental monitoring equipment industry. Nine elements of business model proposed by Osterwalder and Pigneur (2010) are employed in this study to realize the customer segmentation, value proposition, channels, customer relationships, revenue streams, key resources, key activities, key partners and the cost structure of case company. According to the analyses based on data collection through in-depth interview, this study makes the proposal to enhance case company’s competitive advantage by appropriate and feasible innovative business models and operational strategies.Based on the analyses results, this study finds out that the case company can still survive by keeping the as-is business model. However, in order to increase the total rev-enue in the trend of changing industry environment, this study suggests that the case company should build an international accreditation laboratory to fit the international quality certificates. Besides, the case company can also employ cloud technology to in-crease the continuous revenue for achieving the goal of sustainable development.
