    摘要註: 本論文旨在探討中油員工工作滿意度之情形,研究起源於發現中油公司員工年資普遍居高,相對於現代社會常聽及草莓族,月月換老闆的情形,中油許多員工一待二、三十年,甚至有高達四十年的,因而產生了研究動機,是否真的是滿意度形成。本研究以問卷調查為研究工具,對台灣中油股份有限公司-石化事業部林園廠員工,共發出問卷350份,回收有效問卷320份,經由SPSS統計處理,分析討論,主要發現如下:1.不同年齡、不同婚姻狀況、不同年薪、不同服務年資的員工之工作滿意度有顯著差異。2.組織承諾對工作滿意度有顯著正相關。3.離職傾向對工作滿意度有顯著負相關。4.研究中發現薪資和福利制度滿意度呈現U型相關,亦即高薪和低薪組員工之福利制度滿意度較高。5.研究中發現薪資和工作動機呈現U型相關,亦即高薪和低薪組員工之工作動機較高。 This thesis is to study the job satisfaction of Employees in Lin Yuan Petrochemical Business Unit of CPC,Taiwan. The original idea of studying this issue is due the discovery that the tenures of employees in the Petrochemical Business Unit are considerably long, many of them ranges from 20 to 30 years, some even 40 years, in contrast to current employment situation that employees change companies constantly. Thus, the main purpose of this tudy is to investigate whether the long duration of employment is resulting from the job satisfication. By undertaking the survey method, some 350 job satisfication questionnaires were sent out to the Employees of Lin Yuan Petrochemical Business Unit of Chinese Petroleum Corporation,Taiwan, and 320 of them were valid returns. By running SPSS data analyses, the major findings are summarized as follows:1. Employees expressed significantly different in job satisfaction with their respective ages, marriage, annual salary and years of working;2. Organizational commitment has positively correlated with job satisfaction .3. Turnover Intention has a significant negative correlation with job satisfaction..4. Salary has an U shaped positive correlation with compensation and welfare system satisfaction. That is, a higher and a lower salaries have a higher compensation and welffare system satisfaction5. Salary has an U shaped positive correlation with work motivation. That is, a higher and a lower salaries have a higher work motivation.
