在全球經濟衰退景氣低迷之際,高檔的消費品銷售面臨考 驗,尤其精品產業首當其衝,在各大精品集團的經營下,打出經典、流行、品味、時尚又兼具個性的品牌形象,使各品牌價值遠遠超過商品本身之實用價值,如此之奢侈性消費產品,銷量必受景氣循環影響。因此,本研究目的針對二手頂級鐘錶公司,在環境變遷與景氣低迷之際,探討該公司如何以最適當的方法應變、自省,並研擬出全新的商業模式,以避免深受景氣循環之苦。本研究主要以Osterwalder and Pigneur (2010) 所提之商業模式 「九大區塊 (nine building blocks)」來進行,並採取個案研究法,針對一歷經多次環境變遷並長久經營之S鐘錶公司,進行深入訪談,並輔以次級資料的蒐集,了解其商業模式現況並提出建議。本研究分析探討後發現,S公司經由國際買賣而擁有許多同業所沒有的優勢,但是隨著商業環境的不斷改變,為了穩固公司的經營與長久的規劃,本研究認為S公司在原有的商業模式下,以永續經營發展為原則,提供四項未來可行性較高的實務建議供個案公司參考。期望本研究結果能對個案公司以及其他二手鐘錶業者有所助益,並在未來面臨環境改變或產業遽變時,能善用已建立的良好基礎,提升競爭力,達成永續經營的目標。 On the occasion of global economic downturn, the high-end consumer goods sales are faced by challenges, especially in boutique industry. Under the major boutique groups’ business operations, the brand image has changed into classical, pop, taste, fashion and personalized. The brand value far exceeds the practical value of the product itself. However, the consumption of luxury goods will be deeply affected by the business cycle. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to discuss, how the second hand watch companies choose the most appropriate method to strain and to introspect during environmental changes and economic downturn, and develop a new business model in order to avoid affecting by business.In this study, nine elements of business model proposed by Osterwalder and Pigneur (2010) are employed as analysis framework and data are collected through in-depth interviews with company personnel and its customers and secondary data. Based on analyses, compared to others, S company has many advantages through international buying and selling. However, with the current changing environment of business, S company faces various challenges for firming the long-term businesses running. This study proposes four suggestions that based on case company’s current business model and the principle of sustainability. This study hopes to be able to be helpful for S company and other second hand watch companies for facing environmental changes and industry rapid changes and enhancing competitiveness and achieving sustainable development goals under their established foundations
