汽車旅館產業在台灣發展也近30多年,在整個產業的演進歷程中,經過不同時期的轉折,每個轉折點有著其複雜的背後原因,而形成下個時期的動力。隨著經濟成長與國民所得提高,以及在政府實施周休二日制度後,使國人對休閒活動及觀光旅遊愈來愈重視,不論是國內、外旅遊或是從其他國家來的旅客,人數都是以倍數增加。相對的,人們對於公司品牌、服務品質與滿意度之要求也愈來愈重視。本研究以汽車旅館為例,用問卷調查,探討服務品質與顧客滿意度的程度。本研究發現U汽車旅館有提供超過八成的高程度的服務品質,特別在個人隱私,顧客最大利益及員工服務方面。另外,顧客滿意度的程度也超過八成,尤其是在服務人員對作業程序熟悉度和專業能力方面。 The motel industry has developed in Taiwan for nearly 30 years, in the revolution process of the whole industry, it has gone through different changes on each turning point, and all those turning points contain a complicated cause, thus forming a momentum entering the next stage. With the growth of national economy and income, and after the government implemented the two-day weekend, our people put more and more attention on leisure activities and travel. The number of tourists increases greatly, no matter for domestic and foreign tourists. In contrast, people emphasize more and more on the brand, service quality and customer satisfaction. This research is taking motel as an example, using questionnaire survey to explore the level of service quality and customer satisfaction. This research found that U motel offers high quality of service, over eighty percent of satisfaction, particularly in privacy, the best interests of customers and staff services. In addition, customer satisfaction is also over 80%, especially service personnel’s familiarity on operating procedures and professional skills aspect.
