    摘要註: 本研究以台灣的影音唱片出版產業未來發展策略作為研究主題,將台灣影音出版產業的相關人員作為研究對象。以「深入訪談」產、官、學三方菁英人物為主,並瞭解當前影音出版產業的現況與生態,以及對國家整體經濟產值的比較。並且以Porter(1996)所提出的鑽石模型,從「需求條件」、「生產因素」、「企業策略、結構和同業競爭」、「相關與支援產業」和「政府政策」等五項環境因素,作為產業分析的主架構。最後以SWOT 分析來探討台灣影音出版產業的優勢、劣勢、機會以及威脅,構思出影音出版產業的未來發展策略與創造國際競爭優勢。本研究的重要發現如下:一、 科技網路的進步與普及,傳統出版的數位化是必然之路。二、 人口數與市場有限的台灣影音產業,需要整合與壯大規模才能有機會華語市場上領先。三、 影音版權的仲介商壟斷了影像、音樂的播放場所、媒體等等。四、 影音出版品的成本上升,導致末端售價偏高或是製作物成本限制,無法讓消費者持續支持與購買。本研究的建議如下:一、 藉由台灣的音樂、藝術、文化長期累積的經驗與能量再創的價值及產值。二、 建議應該更大範圍開放「非營利公播權法」。三、 不必害怕數位科技所帶來的衝擊,產品演化成為方便、廉價的消費品,自然有其商機存在。四、 整體而言,台灣唱片影音產業是優秀的,影音出版產業必須積極與學術單位合作,通過教育單位與政府的扶持,才能在日新月異的全世界市場上,創造出可圈可點的國際籍藝人與公司品牌。 This thesis is to study the Taiwanese audio music publishing industry’s future development strategy, and took the relevant personnel in audio publishing industry in Taiwan as the research subject. This study operated “in-depth interview” with the elites from industry, government and academia with an aim to understand the current status quo of video publishing industry ecology, as well as the comparison with the country’s overall economic output. Based on the environmental factors of “demand conditions,” “factors of production,” “corporate strategy, structure and competition within the industry,” “related and supporting industries” and “government policy” from the Diamond Model proposed by Porter (1996), this study took them as the main structure for the industrial analysis. Finally, the SWOT analysis is utilized to explore the advantages, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Taiwan’s video publishing industry, devising the future development strategies of the audio-visual publishing industry and creating its international competitive advantages.The Important findings of this study are summarized as follows: 1. The advances in technology and popularity of Internet would definitely lead to the digitization of traditional publishing. 2. The limited population and market of Taiwan audio industry need to integrate and expand its scale so as to lead among the Chinese market. 3. The agencies of the video copyright monopolize the video and music playing places, as well as the media. 4. The rising cost of audio and video publications leads to the higher end-price or the limitations of production cost, which makes the consumers incapable of continuing to support and purchase. The recommendations of this study are summarized as follows: 1. The re-created value and output value via the long-term accumulated experience and energy of Taiwan’s music, art and culture.2. It is suggested that the “non-profit public broadcasting rights law” should be opened up widely.3. Do not be afraid of the impact brought by the digital technology. The product evolved to become easy and cheap consumer goods would naturally have its business opportunity.4. Overall, the record audio and video industry in Taiwan is excellent. The audio-visual publishing industry must actively cooperate with the academic institutions. Through the supports from educational institutions and government, it could cultivate remarkable international superstars and corporate brands in this ever-changing world market.
