    Summary: 本研究針對半導體製程廢水透過瓶杯實驗得知廢水廠加藥最佳化及污泥脫水機及烘乾機選用,得到污泥烘乾最佳化處理,旨在探討廢水加藥參數對廢水處理及污泥烘乾效果之影響,用以評估製程廢水產出污泥經烘乾技術之可行性,以作為日後實際應用及研發設置之參考。由探討顯示得知,利用硫酸鋁混凝並添加polymer助凝劑廢水已有效去除濁度及MLSS等污染物,以瓶杯實驗測試過程中,利用現有廢水處理設施,以化學混凝之方式,找出最佳加藥量及達到水質控制及污泥減量的最佳方式。然而,在此規劃下,雖可能解決水質問題,但製程廢水若未確實做好分流分管收集,水質變異性會較大且水質較不好控制,容易造成水質異常的問題。因此,本研究首先依據廢水廠能力找出加藥最佳化,再找出廢水廠最適合污泥脫水機,產出最佳污泥餅及探討最適合半導體廢水污泥烘乾機種類達到污泥減量效果。 In this study, the semiconductor manufacturing process wastewater through the bottle cup dosing experiments that optimize wastewater treatment plant, the final dewatering machine and dryer, sludge drying, to investigate wastewater dosing parameters for wastewater treatment and sludge drying the effect of the impact, to assess the feasibility of the process wastewater sludge drying technology output, as a future reference for the practical application of research and development settings. After investigate shows that the use of aluminum sulfate coagulation and adding a coagulant polymer waste has been effectively remove contaminants such as turbidity and MLSS to bottle cup experiment testing process, and therefore at this stage planning strategy for the use of the existing wastewater treatment facilities to technology mix the way to find out the best way dosage best way to achieve water quality control and reduction. However, under this plan, though may solve the water problem, but if not really good process wastewater diversion charge of collecting, may also cause water quality variability, resulting in abnormal water quality problems, especially if no wastewater produced good control of the manufacturing process, making it easy wastewater treatment plant water anomaly. Therefore, this study based on the ability to find water to optimize dosing, and finally to identify the optimal wastewater treatment plant sludge dewatering machine to output the best kind of cake and explore dryer sludge reduction to achieve the effect.
