    Summary: 本論文研究利用石英振盪器振盪頻率的穩定性,將石英振盪器之振盪頻率視為同時兩個輸入信號源,來量測電磁干擾EMI(Electro-Magnetic-Interferece)效應所產生的互調失真IMD(Intermodulation Destort)響應功率,信號在彼此互相干擾的情況下,進而產生額外之諧波功率數值,論文實驗將封裝後之石英振盪器卸除其外殼,降低屏蔽效應,增加石英晶體受雜訊干擾敏感度。分別將卸除外殼之石英振盪器視為接收端,另一完整封裝石英視為發射端。以接收端-發射端之形式,在距離、訊號疊加及石英接收角度與發射角度改變之條件下,量測諧波功率響應。其實驗結果,互調響應之功率隨著距離的拉長而逐漸變小。訊號經由疊加後產生更多諧波響應,無論訊號的疊加順序如何改變,最終響應功率幾乎相同。實驗最後畫出互調功率之極座標圖,於各角度下石英振盪器頻率發散功率數值大小,以上之結論可視為在一般環境下模擬EMI干擾之行為。 This thesis studied the stability of oscillator in air, using quartz as emitter to measure electro-magnetic-interference (EMI) via intermodulation signals with quartz receiver. The experiments used de-capped quartz to enlarge receiving areas, rather than eliminate shielding effects. The measurement evaluated one of the receiving powers at intermodulation. The impacts of distance between quartz emitter and receiver, intermodulation power of multi-emitter and quartz receiver’s angles were evaluated. The results indicate that the power of intermodulation roughly decreases with the reciprocal distance square. Intermodulation was superimposable with consistent power at intermodulation frequencies. Accordingly, the study illustrated the polar plot of intermodulation related to receiver's angles to received power. This can be used to evaluate EMI conditions when noise sources are known.
