Summary:
本論文以磁控濺鍍系統於玻璃基板上成長銅鎵、銦及鋁靶材,並搭配硒處理系統成長銅銦鎵硒薄膜及銅銦鎵(鋁)硒薄膜。本研究改變成長銅鎵、銦、鋁及硒成分組成比,並探討各項參數對銅銦鎵硒薄膜及銅銦鎵(鋁)硒薄膜形貌、成分與電性的影響,在適當參數的控制下製作出p型銅銦鎵硒及銅銦鎵(鋁)硒太陽電池。並對其電流-電壓、響應度等特性,作一探討。 In this dissertation,we study CIG(A)S film formed by sputtering the copper Gallium、Indium and Aluminum thin-film on glass substrate followed by Selenium treatment. Film morphologies, properties as well as process parameters were studied with different film composition. With suitable parameters, p-type CIG(A)S thin film solar cell can be accomplished. The current-voltage behavior and spectral responsivity were characterized for these solar cell.
