Summary:	本研究探討居民社會資本、地方依附與幸福感之關係，以金門縣居民為研究樣本，首先探討金門縣居民的社會資本及地方依附對幸福感的影響，以及社會資本對地方依附的影響，並檢測地方依附對社會資本與幸福感的中介效果。本研究透過便利抽樣共發出900份調查問卷，有效問卷800份，有效回收率88%。利用SPSS分析工具，藉由因素分析、差異分析、信度分析、皮爾森積差相關分析等，以驗證研究假設。研究結果指出，社會資本之部分構面對地方依附及幸福感呈現正向顯著影響，而地方依附對幸福感亦呈現正向顯著影響，另地方依附在社會資本與幸福感間具有部分中介效果。幸福感的相關議題已成為目前政府施政的重點，本研究結果應可作為相關單位實務上的參考。 This study aims to address the relationship among social capital, place attachment and well-being using residents as research samples in kinmen county. First of all, the effects of social capital and place attachment on well-being are addressed. Then, to analyze place attachment’s mediating effect on social capital and well-being for residents in kinmen county. 900 questionnaires are distributed and 800 of them are valid with response rate 88%. Factor analysis, ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis, and regression analysis are applied to test the hypothetical relationships. The findings of this study indicated that a part of social capital has significantly positive influences on both place attachment and well-being, place attachment has significantly positive influences on well-being, place attachment has partial mediating effect towards social capital and well-being. Issues related to well-being has become a serious topic for the government. Empirical results from this study may provide practical insights into the topic.
