本研究實驗是利用二聚酸、單聚酸、原料X、原料Y、胺和促進劑進行聚醯胺樹脂製造,以不同之二聚酸、原料X、原料Y比例為操作變數各做五個實驗配方探討其製品酸價、胺價、黏度、軟化點、硬度及FT-IR這些物性變化。實驗結果顯示,二聚酸作為變數分別增加1.0%、2.0%、3.0%、4.0%、5.0%只對黏度具有影響由數據結果得知每增加1%二聚酸製品黏度會增加 350 ~ 500 mPa.s/200℃;原料X作為變數分別增加1.0%、2.0%、3.0%、4.0%、5.0%只對軟化點具有影響由數據結果得知每增加1%原料X製品軟化點會增加4 ~ 6℃;原料Y作為變數分別增加 1.0%、2.0%、3.0%、4.0%、5.0%只對硬度值具有影響由數據結果得知每增加1%原料Y時製品硬度值會降低 HSD 3 ~ 5。 This research experiment was to conduct polyamide resin production by using dimer acid, monomeric acid, ingredient X, ingredient Y, and amine accelerator. The experiment used different ratio of dimer acid, ingredient X, and ingredient Y as the operating variables for five different experimental formulas to discuss the physical changes, such as acid value, amine value, viscosity, soften point, hardness, and FT-IR. The experiment result indicated when dimer acid as the variable increased by 1.0%, 2.0%, 3.0%, 4.0%, and 5.0%, respectively, it only affected the viscosity, and according to the data result, the viscosity of dimer acid product would raise 350 - 500 mPa.s/200℃ with every 1.0% increase; when ingredient X as the variable increased by 1.0%, 2.0%, 3.0%, 4.0%, and 5.0%, respectively, it only affected the soften point, and according to the data result, the soften poimt of ingredient X product would raise 4 ~ 6℃ with every 1% increase; when ingredient Y as the variable increased by 1.0%, 2.0%, 3.0%, 4.0%, and 5.0%, respectively, it only affected the hardness, and according to the data result, the hardness of ingredient Y product would decrease HSD 3 ~ 5 with every 1% increase. |
