    摘要註: 本研究旨在探討領導風格、員工正向心情及工作績效間之關係,首先研究者探討轉換型領導、員工正向心情及工作績效的相關文獻,其次根據文獻分析結果,建立研究假設。其次檢驗轉換型領導、員工正向心情及工作績效量表,以為實證的工具。以某總隊成員為母群體,依職務別採普查方式問卷調查進行分析與比較,共265個樣本進行施測,回收有效問卷256份,以檢定研究假設。本研究經實證統計分析結果如下:一、「轉換型領導」對「員工正向心情」有顯著正向影響。二、「轉換型領導」對「工作績效」有顯著正向影響。三、「員工正向心情」對「工作績效」有顯著正向影響。四、「轉換型領導」會透過「員工正向心情」的中介效果影響「工作績效」。本研究得到以下之結果:一、「轉換型領導」風格對「員工正向心情」與「工作績效」兩個變項均有正面顯著之影響,因此建議該單位加強轉換型領導幹部培訓,藉以提昇幹部領導技巧,進而提振員工正向心情,以達到提升單位工作績效。二、本研究驗證結果得知「員工正向心情」在「轉換型領導」與「工作績效」之間具有部分中介之效果,「員工正向心情」會正向影響「工作績效」,「轉換型領導」會透過「員工正向心情」的中介效果影響「工作績效」。員工的正向心情對工作績效為一重要的影響因素,領導者應致力於如何建立員工的正向心情,以達成組織的工作績效。 Objective of the research deals with the relationship between leadership styles, staff's positive mood and working performance. First, the researcher explores the literature of transformational leadership styles, Staff's positive mood and performances. Then, a hypothesis is established based on the analysis findings of the literature.Second, a chart of transformal leadership, staff's positive mood and working performances is inspected to work as a tool for proof. 256 questionnaires out of 265 samples are collected by this particular unit. A comparison and analysis is then made. Empirical statistical analysis of the results of this study is shown below: 1.“Transformational leadership” has a obvious positive effect on the “Staff's positive mood”. 2.“Transformational leadership” has a significant positive effect on the “working performance”. 3. “Staff`s positive mood” has a significant positive effect on the “working performance”. 4.Through the “Staff's positive mood”, “Transformational leadership” can make influence on the “working performance”. The results of this research is shown below:1.“Transformational leadership” has positive influences on “staff's positive mood” and “working performance”; therefore, the researcher suggests this particular unit strengthen transformational leadership cadre training, and promote cadre leader skill, it could promote “Staff's positive mood” and “working performance”. 2.According to the findings, “Staff's positive mood” between “transformational leadership” and “working performance” has positive impact , and “staff's positive mood” has a positive influence on “working performance”. Through the “staff's positive mood”, “transformational leadership” can have an influence on the “working performance”. “staff`s positive mood” is a significant positive effect factor on the “working performance” ,so that, leaders should focus on how to establish staff's positive mood to work to achieve organizational performance.
