Summary:	隨著網際網路的快速發展與普及,「開放」的思想逐一被傳播出來,從最早期的開放源碼、開放存取等到現在的開放資料,這些技術的發展都是希望網路上的資料能更廣泛且更效地被利用。而後隨著語意網與鏈結資料的技術越來越成熟,衍生出了「開放鏈結資料」一詞,可將開放出來的資料透過屬性輕易地進行連結,使資料的關聯性增加,在進行資料檢索時能搜尋出更有效的答案。開放鏈結資料有助於進行資訊過濾,漸漸地有研究開始使用開放鏈結資料來進行推薦,來驗證其價值,在龐大的LOD Cloud中並不會缺乏推薦時所需要的背景知識庫,所以不會有一般推薦系統的冷啟動與稀疏性的問題,且LOD的資料格式非常結構化,方便處理、再連結,在技術層面上能省下不少功夫,且能達到不錯的成果。一般的研究會著重於挖掘屬性的連結,但除了挖掘出相同屬性外,本研究透過實驗直接得知使用者的偏好推薦依據,依其結果來賦予屬性的權重值,成功找出在電影推薦領域當中使用者偏好以演員與編劇為推薦主要依據,另外也驗證了使用者回饋資訊對於推薦系統的影響性,對於LOD的推薦系統提供新的改良方向。 Issues on open data have attracted lots of attention from researchers and practitioners of various areas. Besides simply publicizing the data, linked open data (LOD) provide excessive information on relations among data items. Such relations can be used to furniture various tasks for possible performance improvement. In this work, we try to suggest an approach which incorporates semantic information provided through the links in LOD for resource recommendation. Experiments are undergoing on movie recommendation task. We expect that the proposed method can effectively improve the performance on similar tasks.
