Summary:	本研究主要目的於了解金門地區坐月子文化與與為人母經驗歷程之意涵,藉以瞭解產後婦女對產後護理機構之需求。研究的步驟分為二階段進行,研究方法採以同理心地圖六大構面探討產後婦女之需求,研究對象以金門縣的產後之婦女第一類為陰道生產,第二類為剖腹產為主。第一階段,以個別深入的訪談為主,參與者暨觀察者的方式為輔,搭配半結構性開放的訪談指引大綱,進行質性研究的資料收集,全程以錄音方式記錄並讓個案描述其產後坐月子經歷與看法和回應方式,再將深度訪談內容完整的轉為文本後,以作為進行第二階段研究之參考。第二階段,彙整分析同理心地圖,進行資料分析瞭解金門地區產後婦女對產後護理的期望、痛苦之想法。再以團體討論方式藉由人物誌設計法進行產後婦女對產後護理需求之市場區隔。研究發現共歸納出人物誌的五大需求分別為1).產後護理追求的目標與利益、2).產後護理想要的功能需求服務、3).產後護理需要的醫療資訊、4).產婦於產後護理期間遇到的挫折/痛點、5).產後護理夢想需求設施。期望提供多元化人性化的護理與資訊給予相關實務工作者以增進產後照護的能力,提高婦女與新生兒的身心健康照護品質。 The research purpose of this study is to understand the implication of the culture of postpartum care, the process of being a mother, and to realize the maternal's demand on postpartum care institution. The research will be conducted in two steps and the research method is six facets of empathy map to discuss the demand of postpartum women. The objects of this study are postpartum women in Kinmen County and divided these women into two categories. One is vaginal birth and the other is caesarean birth. The first step of this research is mainly by individual interview and some kind of participating and observing with semi-structured outline to conduct qualitative research data collection. Recording when conduct interview and let the case woman describe her opinion on postpartum care. Then, turn these interview contents into text for the second step of this research. The second step is to aggregate the results of empathy map analysis to analyze the postpartum women' opinions and expectations of postpartum care in Kinmen County. And based on persona, the researcher conducted the postpartum women group discussions to investigate the market segments of the need on postpartum care institutions. The study found five demands of persona are (1) the goal and profit of postpartum care (2) the function, demand, and service of postpartum care(3) the demand on medical information of postpartum care (4) the frustration that postpartum women will face (5) the dream facilities of postpartum women. This research hopes to supply some diversification and human-oriented nursing and information to related workers. Expecting related workers could enhance their ability on postpartum care and elevating the health care quality to the postpartum women and neonatal.
