This book analyzes systemic problems affecting women's mental health--social inequities, marginalization, racism, and displacement among them--and proposes holistic real-world approaches to practice and policy. Women's experiences from around the globe are examined including Bangladesh, Brazil, Canada, India, Iran, Italy, Ivory Coast, Nepal, Pakistan, Portugal, Rwanda, Senegal, South Korea, Switzerland, and the United States.
