The methodology applied to this research designs agent-based interactions at multiple scales of the city. This allows for the ability to refine agent to agent development in-between varying scales. This methodology is implemented as a way of programming agents and investigating how they can be used as design generators through their interaction with other agents and their environment. This recursive method of design creates relationships of agents at the local scale that form complex emergent systems with contextual relationships to the city.
