This study comprehensively measured the correlation between Emotional Intelligence, career growth, and career satisfaction among women. There were 120 participants in the sample size. Results indicated a significant correlation does exist between certain elements within the measured constructs. Overall significance was found in Emotional Intelligence and career growth. A mild significant correlation was found between Emotional Intelligence and career satisfaction. The overall correlation between career growth and career satisfaction showed a significant and strong relationship.
