This book examines the capital structure dynamics in Indian MSMEs, offering empirical evidence to better understand the financial practices within entrepreneurial settings. Altaf and Shah in this book assess the financing pattern of Indian MSMEs, response of capital structure determinants to different macroeconomic states, links between working capital and capital structure, cash flow volatility and capital structure and also the impact of credit risk on capital structure and firm performance relationship. This book enthuses the audience looking to understand newer dynamics of capital structure and its interplay in the Indian MSMEs. Nufazil Altaf is currently working as Assistant Professor in School of Business Studies,Central University of Kashmir. His main research interests focus on corporate finance particularly capital structure and working capital management. He has published papers in various ABDC quality and scopus indexed journals like International Journal of managerial finance, Research in International business and finance, International journal of economics and finance. Farooq Shah is Professor and Dean, School of Business Studies, Central University of Kashmir, India. He has a teaching and research experience of around 35 years. Besides, authoring 7 books, he has written around 40 research papers published in various journals of national and international repute.
