This book presents the proceedings of the 19th International Conference of the Indian Society of Ergonomics (ISE) titled 'Humanizing Work and Work Environment (HWWE-2021)', held at the Center for Ergonomics: User-centered Design and Occupational Wellbeing, Department of Design, Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati, Assam, India on December 1-3, 2021.
