Maxwell's equations explain the basics of electricity and magnetism. The four equations provide a mathematical model for electric, optical, and radio technologies. And yet, when learning electromagnetic field theory, it is easy to get lost in the complicated mathematics and ignore the applied aspects of it. The purpose of this book is to bridge the gap between theory and applications of Maxwell's equations. This book introduces readers to the mathematics of Maxwell's equations and their uses in both everyday applications such as power generation, electric motors, wireless communication, as well as in scientific research.
