在許多生產網路中或是一個產業集群內,從事相同功能的廠商往往不止一個,而在網絡中廠商之間的互動情形,會隨著他的網絡中的地位,而有所影響。過去許多學者做過的研究都是以一個產業群聚或是策略聯盟做為研究的對象,而本研究以泛宏碁集團內廠商做為研究對象,想瞭解集團內廠商間的互動與學習是否提升集團內廠商的績效。本研究主要在探討網絡地位、關係品質、組織學習與組織績效之研究,研究對象以宏碁集團、明碁集團、緯創集團和其他事業單位為主,藉由社會網絡分析的方法,瞭解集團內各事業部的網絡位置來解釋公司之間的差異性。本研究從社會網絡的觀點分析泛宏碁集團。研究結果顯示集團內廠商確實有密切的互動關係,關係品質影響組織績效最多,網絡位置的確會影響廠商的組織績效。也就是說,程度中心性(degree centrality)對組織績效最具有解釋力的網絡位置變數。 There are many firms with the same function either in the productive network or industrial cluster. Nevertheless, the interactions among firms varied by their network positions they were influenced. Over the past few decades, a great number of studies have been made on industrial cluster or strategic alliance. This paper is intended as an investigation of ABW Family, and explore if interaction learning among firms of ABW Family lead to performance improvement. Our concern is to consider the relationship among network position, relationship quality, organizational learning and organizational performance. This research scope includes Acer group, BenQ group and Wistron group. We have drawn on social network analysis to explain differentiation among firms. This study analyzes the ABW Family from a social network point of view. Results show the firms indeed closely interact, the relationship quality influence organizational performance the most and the network positions indeed influence organizational performance. That is to say degree is the most interpretable position variable for organizational performance.
