摘要註:	隨著電腦的問世，企業開始藉由結合資訊科技來提昇競爭優勢。文件管理在物業管理產業中扮演著關鍵的角色，從管理資訊系統的領域來看，憑藉著建築醫學概念的基礎，發展文件管理的系統可以從預防的角度達到即早發現即早治療的效果。這種作法不僅為企業簡化了管理繁瑣文件的時間、快速分類文件項目、提升使用效率、以及節省文件保管空間，對企業組織管理上也有很大的影響。本研究以C公司為例，評估文件管理電腦化的可行性分析，再進一步探討文件管理電腦化對公司管理上的效益。本研究從財務面、技術面、組織面和資訊需求面，透過問卷的量化分析與訪談內容的彙整，以瞭解文件管理電腦化執行的可行性。研究結果發現內外部員工均表達高度支持的意見：(一)在財務方面，多數受訪者對文件管理電腦化均持正面可行的意見，但也認為應在200萬元之內，不致影響公司的財務運作。(二)在技術方面，透過導入文件管理電腦化，使得公司整體強迫學習新的資訊技術，同時也改變作業流程，使其更有效率。但應循序漸進，以免員工無法適應。(三)在組織方面，透過文件管理電腦化的推行，可以改變組織原有的溝通文化，依組織資料與資訊的管理來改變組織行為，同時也能加強的組織學習的效果。(四)在資訊需求方面，執行文件管理電腦化是因為公司對資訊需求的日益增加，也藉此滿足組織的資訊需求。 With the advent of computer, enterprises have been widely trying to implement management computerization to enhance their competitive capability. From the perspective of management information system, based on the concept of the construction medication the development of document management system can help prediction and treatment right at the time the construction reveals problems. Doing so will simplify the management operations, efficiently classify documents, improve the usability of document, and save space of filing documents. From the facets of finance, technology, organization, and information requirement, this thesis conducts a feasibility of document management computerization for the case of C company. The research results reveal that most interviewees show a positive support with respect to the document management computerization, indicating that (1) in the facet of finance, most interviewees give a positive response. A comment is obtained that the cost should be controlled under 200 million NT dollars. (2) in the facet of technology, employees can improve their information technology skills and operation efficiency by implementing the document management system. (3) in the facet of organization, the organization can change their culture (e.g. organization behavior) toward to information culture to adapt to the competitive environment and improve the ability of organizational learning. (4) in the facet of information requirement, the interviewees quite agree with the plan to implement the document management computerization to satisfy the information demands. Discussion and implications are also addressed.
