    摘要註: 本論文研製之主要目的在探討研究,為液晶模組廠建置一個合適的靜電防護機制計畫,並規範液晶模組廠現場靜電防護機制之執行與管理。主要內容是敘述靜電發生之原理,並透過對液晶模組的顯示器原理及組裝機構件的了解,經由徹底執行由廠房建築物接地開始,進而到地板選用及施工注意事項,再來是管控隨時受到環境影響的無塵室溫濕度及落塵量,形成一個完全的靜電防護區之後,並透過各種靜電防護器具如靜電消除器、靜電環的適當運用,對所生產的模組做出完全的靜電防護,最後再經由C公司靜電防護施策定期量測規範詳盡的說明,形成一個完整的靜電防護建置計畫。本研究的結論及建議如下:(1)雖然在環境溫度及相對濕度與接地都會盡量做有效的管控,但對一些已知會產生靜電放電的工作點還是依舊發生,但若不做防護將會是產線的重大災難。(2) 組裝作業常會有不慎將金屬物接觸到面板半成品中的一些裸露金屬層的情形,因此避免設備本身與待組裝物的金屬接點接觸而造成瞬間的靜電放電迴路,或是在點檢的瞬間形成過度電性應力,則是人員組裝時最應注意的事項。 The primary purpose of this thesis is to establish an appropriate protection system of ESD for LCM plants and to organize the implementation and management of ESD protection mechanism in the work field. The thesis starts with the theorem of ESD generation. Based on the understanding of the mechanical structure of LCD display, grounding of the plant, selection of floor material, and construction are first things to be done, and temperature, humidity, and particle that could be influenced by environment should also be controlled to build a complete ESD protection zone. Afterwards, by the appropriate application of various sorts of ESD protection tools, such as ESD eliminators and ESD strip, products could be protected against ESD thoroughly. Finally, through the case study of C Company, a comprehensive ESD protection system is concluded. The conclusions are: (1) Even if temperature, humidity, and grounding are controlled as well as possible, ESD is still generated at certain working stations, and it will be a catastrophe for production line if ESD protection is not well implemented. (2) It is common at assembly station that the uncovered metal objects of the semi-finished goods can be contacted by some other metal objects and results in ESD circuit or EOS. This is definitely main point to be paid attention to for assembly operators.
