Summary:	南區職訓中心是行政院勞委會職訓局轄下所屬六個職訓中心之一，成立於民國57年。其職責為透過自辦、委外及補助辦理職前與在職員工的訓練。高雄軟體科技園區甫於九十七年初完工，廠商進駐皆未滿二年，形成一個新的產業聚落。此聚落的在職員工技能之提昇與培訓，應是值得關切的課題。鑑此本研究擬藉由SWOT分析法、SCP理論、文獻探討與問卷調查的方式，分析南區職訓中心與新產業聚落(高雄軟體科技園區) 兩者間的發展現況、趨勢與互動關係。探討南區職訓中心能夠透過自辦、委外及補助，提供這些新產業聚落哪些協助或聯盟。俾提升新產業聚落從業人員的技能、第二專長或轉業之需求。關鍵字：南區職訓中心、高雄軟體科技園區、SWOT分析法、SCP理論、產業聚落 The Southern Training Center, established in 1968, is one of six training center under the jurisdiction of BEVT (Bureau of Employment and Vocational Training). It’s duties is to hold vocational training courses, which are held by themselves, by proxy and subsidize company to train pre-job employees and no-job employees. Enterprises set up in Kaohsiung Software Park are no more than two years, they form a new Industry Cluster. The issue about upgrading skills and training for employee in the Industry Cluster should be concerne. The study research is according to SWOT analysis, SCP theory, documentary develpment and questionnaire survey to analyze the recent development, market trend, and interaction bewteen Southern Training Center and new industry clusters from Kaohsiung Software Park. The purpose of the this study is to discuss how the Southern Training Center can help in delivery of training courses or subsidize to develop labors’ on-job advanced skills and second professional specialities for future jobs, as well as coordinate the possible alliance between Southern Training Center and Kaohsiung Software Park.Keywords: Southern Training Center, Kaohsiung Software Park, SWOT analysis, SCP theory, Industry Cluster.
