近年來,全球化的風潮加上資訊科技縮短了不同產業及同產業上下游體系廠商彼此間往來的隔闔。台灣曾在鞋業的影響具有強大的影響力, 并且成為世界的生產中心三十幾年,但同樣在二十一世紀初也面臨了對手中國工廠的激烈競爭,再加上東南亞新興國家的威脅日益增加,台商在原有的競爭優勢也慢慢流失,若台商還是侷限在原有的經營管理思維,而不思或創造新的商業模式,以提升或強化新的利基,勢必將無法與之競爭。本研究利用供應鏈作業參考模型 (Supply Chain Operations Reference Model,SCOR模式)所提供的獨特的供應鏈架構 、透過實施流程、績效指標以及最佳實務 (BestPractices)來做為診斷工具,來建立一個較完備的製鞋產業的供應鏈參考流程,而在這次的研究我們發現,在利用SCOR的參考模型,並導入資訊化的系統,將進一步串連程序與程間、部門與部門間或上下游公司間的資料,並可大幅提升作業的效率及資訊的分享,且同時可迅速從系統整理出對績效的數據統計,也更進一步可強化或調整各個作業程序及資料輸出輸入,可供鞋類製造業有關供應鏈規劃的方法與實務經驗。 As the globalization and the rapid development of information technology have recently shorten the gap of different field of industry and the upstream and downstream supplier.Taiwan has been as a heavyweight in footwear industry and was the world’s manufacturing center for more than 30 years. However, the increasing threaten and competitive from China and East-south Asia. Taiwan has dramatically lost their competitive advantage.If it has no further innovation or creation of new business model To improve or reinforce the new advantages or it will loss it’s competitiveness.This research uses the SCOR Model (Supply Chain Operations Reference Model ) which provide a unique supply chain framework that links business process, performance indictor,and best practices features into standard structure to support communication among all the participants of supply chain, including the manufacturer, upstream suppliers, down stream customers and to improve the effectiveness of supply chain management.This research uses a Taiwan footwear company as an example for the practice and verification of the SCOR Model. The proposed model of this research can provide the planning method and the practical experience for the Footwear industry.
