    摘要註: 金門酒廠營運至今已半個世紀,金門高粱酒系列,遠近馳名,金酒之收入幾乎是金門經濟發展的一大支柱,每年為縣政建設籌措巨額資金,目前台灣和大陸的界限越來越不明顯從小三通到2009年剛簽訂的兩岸經貿備忘錄(MOU)及未來的兩岸經濟合作架構協議(ECFA)簽訂,再再拉近兩岸的貿易距離與可能性,而金門位於台灣與大陸之間,任何兩岸交易模式改變抑或條文之約定勢必對於金門發展造成舉足輕重的影響,而金門經濟要角-金門高粱於現今的環境下發展現況為何,當地政府與企業應維持怎麼樣的互利關係?未來又將以什麼樣的策略發展?本篇研究之方向為利用探討金門總體環境發展及對金門酒廠經營的影響,藉此了解金門酒廠對當地的重要性,並以價值鏈分析找出關鍵活動作為擬定未來策略方向之方案。本研究經探討後根據各方法與專家訪談的結果整理歸納出合宜的重點策略來面對變遷中的環境。本研究建議:(一)在CAGE方面宜著重在文化及行政,(二)在SWOT方面宜著重機會和優勢的發展,(三)在五力分析方面宜著重潛在進入者威脅,(四)在價值鏈方面宜注重生產作業及出貨後勤。 Operating distillery has been half a century, Kinmen Kaoliang Liquor series, known far and wide, income of Kinmen Kaoliang Liquor Inc. almost Kinmen one of the pillars of economic development, raise each year the county government building huge amounts of money, the limits of Taiwan and the mainland more and more not obvious from small three links to sign Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and the future of the Economic Cooperation Framework Agreement (ECFA), amassing narrow the distance and the possibility of cross-strait trade, while the Kinmen is located between Taiwan and the mainland, any changes in the mode of cross-strait trade agreement or the provisions of the development will inevitably result in important for Kinmen impact, but its economic key players - Kinmen Kaoliang Liquor Inc. in today's environment the status of such development, local government and enterprises should maintain the kind of mutually beneficial relations how? What next in turn to the strategic development? This thesis is to use the macro environment of Kinmen distillery business development and the impact on, to understand the importance of the local distillery, and value chain analysis to identify key activities as the development of future strategic direction of the program. This study tries to generalize appropriate strategies for the Kinmen Kaoliang Liquor Inc. by synthesizing some methods and interviewing experts in the related area. The following suggestions are provided to the Kinmen Kaoliang Liquor Inc.: (a) from the CAGE analysis, it should focus on cultural and administrative; (b) from the SWOT analysis, it should focus on the opportunities and advantages of aspects of development; (c) from the five-forces analysis, it should focus on the threat of potential entrants; and (d) from the value chain analysis, it should focus on production and shipping logistics operations.
