摘要註:	1980至1990年代台灣面臨國內外環境巨大變化，新台幣的升值、地價的攀升、環保抗爭的不斷、全球性競爭壓力的升高等等因素都迫使企業為求繼續生存與發展而紛紛展開海外直接投資與產業外移的活動。而最近、最直接的投資地點就是中國大陸。雖然中國與台灣人種相同、語言相同，但是當台資企業進入中國時仍然存在著許多問題，小則個人適應不良，大則嚴重到血本無歸，實在不可不慎！本研究希望透過個案訪談以及台商經驗之蒐集，尋找出台商投資中國大陸時所應該注意考量之處。而本研究使用文獻回顧法、深度訪談法、PEST分析法而得到下列四個結論與建議：明瞭中國大陸台商財經法令、把握運用中國大陸台商財稅金融實務技能、投資中國澱粉產業務須經常實地考察之必要性、台商須做好人身安全及投資權益保障。 Industrial restructure has resulted in a trend for industries to moveout their mature operations overseas. In the period of 1980 to 1990, most of the Taiwanese companies had moved out to mainland China. Altough there are simmliar background between Taiwan and mainland China, there are still many problems when Taiwanese businessmen invest in China. This study used second hand literatual research, dept interview and PEST analysis to find out attentions for who want to invest in China. The research results are:Taiwanese businessmen should be more aware of the law and financial tools that used in mainland China. Before you invest in, be sure that you had already observed in reality. Last but not the least, Taiwanese businessmen should be aware of personal safty.
