摘要註:	本研究主要探討金門地區居民在現階段的生活品質知覺程度下，對觀光發展認知與未來發展態度的影響。研究方法採問卷調查方式，進行便利抽樣，主要發現如下：一、金門居民對金門觀光發展態度偏向支持；對政府觀光政策滿意度偏向滿意；對金門觀光發展在觀光設施、商業廣告量的投入及遊客數量等三方面，普遍認為是不足夠的。二、金門居民對未來觀光發展較支持以生態觀光、戰地樂園、文化觀光與養生村等發展為方向；另外較屬引申需求的免稅商店、產業觀光與觀光旅館等亦為其支持的發展重點；而博奕觀光的發展是居民最為不贊成的。三、金門居民生活品質程度對觀光發展類型態度之影響方面：金門居民對自己生活品質的認知，大致都在普通水準，其中，以生理健康的品質最高，其次是對外在環境品質認同，而最低的社會關係品質。四、根據實證結果，金門居民對政府觀光方面的投入仍覺不足的，政府當局應有以長遠性且聚焦的效率規劃觀光資源的投入，讓金門的觀光有一個明確的主軸與定位。建議可依循當前金門居民之生活品質對未來觀光發展所產生的需求特質，規劃金門的未來觀光發展，避免短視性的規劃，讓金門的觀光業得以更具特色與永續發展。 This study is to investigate residents perception of the quality of life, demographic characteristics, and attitudes of tourism development in Kinmen. The survey methodology is used to carry out the investigation, and major findings are summarized as follows:1.Kinmen residents tend to support the tourism development attitudes, satisfy with the government tourism policy. However, residents generally consider inadequate in tourism facilities, investment in commercial advertising, and the number of visitors2.Kinmen residents support the future development of more emphasizing in eco-tourism, battlefield park, cultural and health village development. Residents also support the derived demand for duty-free shops and development of tourist hotels. However, residents overwhelmingly oppose the development of gambling casino on the island.3.The degree of Kinmen residents perception of quality of life towards tourism development attitudes, the highest is the quality of physical health, followed by external environmental quality, identity, and the quality of social relations.4.According to the survey, Kinmen residents regard that the government investment in tourism is inadequate. The government should have a long-term planning in tourism investment, and clearly setup the development direction. In fact, the government can base on current residents quality of life on the future demand generated by tourism development characteristics, to avoid the short-sighted nature of the planning. Therefore, Kinmen tourism industry is able to be more distinctive and sustainable development.
