    Summary: 精密鑄造產品的特性包括:尺寸精度高、材料成本及機械加工成本低、外型複雜、厚薄及空心都可以鑄造、鑄件機械性能高等特性。然而要展現精密鑄造產品特性,必須要具備成熟的產品開發、正確的物料成分、穩定的操作、正確製程參數設計、優良物料供應商及品質管理與生產管理等技術。鑄造的幾個重要流程如射腊、組樹、陶模、澆鑄這些操作關係到鑄件的品質與尺碼。為避免人員的操作差異化,及降低製程變異,除了需要製作標準流程之外,更應對各製程進行分析與監控。因此,本研究將以個案方式,探討精密鑄造之射腊參數與合格率間是否具顯著差異,漿體的檢測值的分析,合金進料成分對於機械性質的影響程度以及不同合金純度、不同供應商等因素之各水準與機械性質、合格率間是否具顯著差異。盼藉由本研究之分析結果,提供個案公司在物料成分的掌控、物料供應商的選擇更正確及提供更正確的製程參數。 The characteristics of the precision casting products include high dimensional accuracy, low cost materials and machining, complicated shapes, various thickness, hollow casting available, and excellent mechanical properties. Demonstrating the characteristics of a product, however, requires techniques such as mature product development, manufacture process designs, quality management systems, and production management. Casting quality and dimension are associated with some important casting processes, including injecting wax, assembling patterns, ceramic molding, and casting. In order to avoid the operational variation, engineers usually make the standard operation procedure as well the procedure control chart. In consequence, this study intends to discuss the issue about how the mechanical property and the qualified rate are related to the factors like injecting wax control, test value analysis of ceramic slurry, influence of alloy incoming ingredient, alloy purity, and suppliers. It is hoped that the research results will help provide a better choice for company A in the future process control.
