摘要註:	雲端服務與虛擬桌面服務，在近年來已受到資訊服務規劃的高度重視，從雲端服務業者的角度來看，主要在於資訊服務的集中管理，可有效的節省服務與管理的成本，更可有效的提升資訊安全的管理綜效。而在台灣企業的製造業體系，由於產業升級的原因，逐漸朝向高科技研發方向邁進，在此同時也高度注重智慧財產的資訊安全保護。然而，導入雲端虛擬桌面服務仍讓許多企業猶豫不前，換言之，是否能受企業接受雲端虛擬桌面服務，是一個值得探討的議題。本研究論文透過多個案研究，從有用性、易用性、相容性、可試用性、維護性、安全性、管理性、經濟性及策略性，探討製造業對於雲端虛擬桌面服務的看法。經由訪談三家製造業高階主管，本研究得到如下的主要結論：(1)雲端虛擬桌面服務可提供更為彈性的使用、存取與維護，(2) 雲端虛擬桌面服務保障了企業投資效益，(3) 雲端虛擬桌面服務可提高資訊安全性，(4) 雲端虛擬桌面服務能增加企業靈活度。 For the past decade, industry has been paying great attention to the cloud computing virtual desktop service. From the cloud service provider perspective, it emphasizes such advantages as centralizing management tasks, reducing service and management cost, and enhancing management efficacy of information security. In Taiwan, the manufacturing industry has been moving to the road of high-tech research and development due to the needs and wants of industry enhancement. At the same time, it also emphasizes the importance of intellectual property protection and looks for solutions for it. However, companies still hesitate on accepting the cloud computing service, although it can be one of the solutions. In other words, whether or not companies accept cloud computing virtual desktop service still needs to be disclosed. The research thesis conducts a multi-case study to reveal the acceptance of cloud computing virtual desktop service for manufacturing industry, including the issues of usefulness, ease of use, compatibility, trialability, maintainability, security, management, economics, and strategy. Based on the responses of three case companies, the main research findings are (1) cloud computing virtual desktop service can provide more flexible functions, (2) cloud computing virtual desktop service can help maintain the investment benefits, (3) cloud computing virtual desktop service can enhance the information security, and (4) cloud computing virtual desktop service can improve the flexibility of business operation. Implications are also addressed.
