摘要註:	隨著社會對安全的重視，影像監控的需求日劇攀升。但大多數的監控系統都是以中大型以上的區域作監控的設計，而忽略了小範圍、低成本的監控需求。本研究以小型用戶的需求出發，在不需要額外的建置監控系統設備下，利用現在非常普及化的無線網路基地台(Access Point, AP)作為影像監控系統的核心，以不減少本身AP的功能前提下，提供即時影像監控與自動化的視覺影像偵測技術(Video Image Detection, VID）。當系統偵測畫面異常時，系統會自動錄製影像並且上傳到遠端的伺服器作資料庫建檔，也能寄信到用戶的電子信箱，達到即時通知的能力。另外，也將在系統內建置輕量級的網路電話系統，平時用戶可以互相通話，如果發生突發事件時，能讓用戶彼此能緊急通知聯繫。透過這兩套系統的建置，達到小範圍、低成本的用戶安全照護安全。 With people gradually focused on security, the demand for video surveillance system increases drastically. However, most of the video surveillance system are designed basing on the large-scale area, the small-scale and low-cost demand was ignored. For the low demand users, it is not necessary to build extra surveillance system equipment, we added the video surveillance system to the very popular equipment- AP (Access Point) as well as supply VID (Video Image Detection). The surveillance system that monitors a field of view and performs a function if motion is detected within that field. When motion is detected, it could upload pictures to FTP server or send E-mail to user as an alarm. By the way, this thesis added lightweight VoIP to system, and user could communicate in an emergency. Combination of video surveillance system and VoIP, we could complete a lightweight and low-cost system.
