螺絲與螺帽是台灣主要出口貿易的重要產品,這些產品材質種類繁多,從低、中、高碳鋼至合金鋼和不銹鋼,都可以看見它們的蹤跡,而這些產品廣泛的運用在建築、船舶、飛機、家具等等,他們使用的壽命除了本身基材的抗蝕性之外,還可以在它表面做表面處理,鍍上一層薄金屬,使其抗腐蝕能力大大的提高,對於產品的外觀,也有一定的提升。 在電鍍的過程中,首要做的步驟是除銹跟除油,稱之為前處理,前處理是否優良,對於電鍍的品質,具有一定的影響力。本研究將經由前處理後基材表面粗糙度對鍍鋅層之膜厚、附著性做深入之探討。 從實驗結果得知,經由酸洗時間之長短,粗糙度由低升高,但在6分鐘後,粗糙度已有明顯緩和之趨勢;而不同粗糙度大小經由電鍍後所造成的鍍層厚度會有所不同,粗糙度越大,其厚度越薄,而粗糙度越小,其厚度越厚;在附著性方面,粗糙度4.13μm之試片有鍍層剝落,故附著度較差;在結構方面,均為鍍鋅層,並無其他結構存在。 Screws and nuts are the main export products of Taiwan, the materials range from low, medium and high carbon steel to alloy steel and stainless steel, and these products are widely used in construction, shipbuilding, aircraft, furniture, etc., they use of the corrosion resistance in addition to their base, you can also do surface treatment on its surface, coated with a thin layer of metal, it greatly improves the corrosion resistance and also the appearance improvement. In the electroplating process, the first step is done without rust and oil, called pre-treatment. Therefore the quality of the plating with some influence. In this study, we investigated in detail about by the pre-treatment of surface roughness on the substrate after the zinc coating, and corrosion resistance. From the experimental results, the length of time through pickling, roughness from low rise, but after 6 minutes, the roughness of the trend already apparent ease; sizes and different roughness caused by the plating thickness of the coating will be the difference, the greater the roughness, the thickness of the thinner, smaller and roughness, the thickness of the thicker; in terms of adhesion, surface roughness of the test piece with 4.13μm coating peeling, the adhesion was poor; in structure, and were galvanized layer, there are no other structures exist.
