摘要註:	本研究利用台灣知名度相當高的福義軒手工蛋捲食品廠作為本研究的研究對象，以描述性統計資料來看，教育程度高者(專科以上)有網購經驗佔大多數，推測可能在網路購物過程中，容易多方面搜集產品資訊、價格等，使其選擇使用網路購物的消費行為。在網路服務品質與消費動機影響關係方面，本研究透過實證因素分析可知，網購服務品質會影響消費動機，研究結果顯示，消費者所感受的服務品質越好，則對網路商店的信任度亦越高；相對的感受到的服務品質越差，則信任度越低。由於網路商店無實體店面能夠讓消費者實際接觸商品以及服務人員可以面對面溝通，造成消費者會對網路商店有所疑慮，因此，網路商店更應從服務品質層面取得消費者的認同。 In this study, a very high reputation in Taiwan Fu Yi Xuan handmade egg rolls food plants as the object of this study is to describe the statistical information available, the higher level of education (college or higher) with the majority of online shopping experience, presumably on the network shopping process, easy to collect various product information, price, etc., to choose to use the online shopping consumer behavior. The network service quality and consumer motivation affect relations, through empirical factor analysis in this study shows that online shopping service quality affects consumer motivation, the findings show that consumers feel better the quality of service, the level of trust on the online store also higher; relatively poorer perceived quality of service, the lower the degree of trust. Since no physical store online store that allows consumers to access goods and real service personnel can communicate face to face, causing consumers to be online store have doubts, therefore, online store also from the quality of service levels to obtain the consumer's identity.
