隨著醫藥的進步與知識的發達,人們生病時,不只要求解除生理上的病痛,還有醫療的品質、醫護人員的服務態度、醫病之間的關係,都會影響病患的滿意度。良好的醫療服務品質,不但可提高病患再回診的意願,相對也會影響醫療院所的經營。雖然科技日新月異,中西文化往來密切,已有五千年歷史的中醫,是中國人智慧的結晶,也結合了近代西方醫學的理論基礎,成為現代醫學的一股力量,面對消費者意識的抬頭,許多醫療院所也開始重視服務的品質。本研究論文的主要目的是探討影響中醫診所病患再回診的的因素。首先,蒐集相關文獻並歸納可能的影響因子,作為建構研究模式的理論基礎,並依研究模式的各變數設計問卷,母體是以H中醫診所的患者為調查對象,採隨機抽樣,共發出200份問卷,回收有效樣本計有165份,問卷分析後,獲得主要的研究結果如下:(一) 服務品質對服務滿意度有正向顯著影響;(二)服務滿意度對再回診意向有正向顯著影響;(三) 性別及年齡對研究模式之自變數與因變數之關係沒有干擾效果。本研究論文也同時提出研究建議及管理意涵供H中醫診所參考。 With the advanced development of medication and knowledge, patients not only need to relieve their physical pain, but also want such emotional feelings toward satisfaction as high medication quality, good service attitude, and good relationship with clinics. It is believed that good service quality will be the key success to both revisiting intention and clinical operations. In spite of the advanced medication technologies available from western countries, Chinese medication which combines both Chinese wisdom and modern western medication theories has been contributing greatly to the medical industry as one of the most important medical resources. To better satisfy the various needs and wants of patients, more and more clinics has been paying more attention to the quality of service. This thesis conducts an empirical study for the case clinic (H clinic) that examines the factors influencing the revisiting intention of patients. First, it reviews the literature as the theoretical fundamentals to derive the potential factors and then develops the research model. A questionnaire based on the developed model is then designed to collect data. Based on 165 valid samples from the patients of H clinic, main findings indicate that (1) service quality is significantly and positively related to the service satisfaction, (2) service satisfaction is significantly and positively related to the revisiting intention, and (3) there is no mediation effect of gender on the relationship between independent variables and dependent variables. Suggestions and managerial implications are also addressed.
