摘要註:
重組油是摻配汽油主要原料,生產製程操作穩定度對汽油之供應有很大影響。本研究主要針對重組製程加氫脫硫裝置中發生加熱爐爐管破漏問題,探討導致生產停止之原因,並利用系統思考觀念分析,輔以操作資料收集與分析,以及製程廠家所提供之設計理念,將可能關鍵因子分析與歸納出來。再利用DEMATEL方法計算出各個關鍵因子之中心度(D+R)與原因度(D-R)並繪製于因果關係圖上,分析找出導致加熱爐爐管破漏問題之主要關鍵因子,並提出改善對策。研究結果發現,熱交換器結污垢(換熱面積不足)、進料含膠質高、進料含氧量高與進料含鐵屑高等四個為主要關鍵因子,針對該關鍵因子提出有效的直接面之設備改善與管理面之改善對策;結果顯示改善效果合乎預期。 Reformate is an important blending ingredient in gasoline pool. The stability of operation for reforming process of oil refinery has high impact on the supply of gasoline. This study focuses on causes and problems of the fire heater tube leaked in hydrogen desulfurization unit of the reforming process. After analyzing the process, searching the operating data and collecting the process design information, 13 process factors that have effects on the reforming process were generalized. Then, the Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) was used to clarify the important and causal relationships among these factors. From the result of degree of central role (D+R) and degree of causal role (D-R) of these factors, we found that ‘heat exchanger fouling or surface area not enough’, ‘feed contain gum’, ‘feed contain oxygenate’ and ‘feed contain rust’ were four main critical factors. Regarding these main critical factors, the direct equipment improvement and management methods were proposed and implemented to solve the fire heater tube leaked problem. The improvement benefits has reached prior expectation.
