Summary:	近年來臺灣因推動「臺灣世界遺產潛力點」，藉此將世界遺產的保存觀念陸續引進國內。臺灣目前雖並非聯合國會員，但在保存觀念上彼此互動與交流是必須積極進行的，並做好相關的準備工作。並與國際觀念接軌之際，不管是有形的文化資產亦或是無形的文化資產，皆應從國際上文化資產保存的新視野，去重新審視如何加以保存與維護。本研究核心關切課題是文化資產保存，探討主體是聚落，涵蓋了有形文化、無形文化、建築與空間，不管有形或無形文化資產的保存是為了要維繫我們現在的文化自明性，代表至今發展的軌跡。若要談及自明性，原住民族是臺灣特有的，在文化上的多樣性及各種面向的豐富性上，非常具有代表性。但原住民族的文化資產保存經常被忽視及邊緣化，文化資產保存裡面所佔的比例算是小的，其實大家非常不熟悉這領域，因此原住民族文化資產保存不見得就是使用漢人的保存邏輯，所以必須讓他與國際接軌來看保存這件事情。在研究成果上以老七佳石板屋聚落為例，提出聚落保存與維護管理原則，並探討再生與永續策略，以確保其在新的外在條件下能得以延續，這也是世界遺產強調的永續精神所在。本研究期成果能提供老七佳部落現在及未來，在面對自己的保存與再生時，多一種思考的層面。In recent years, due to Taiwan promotes 「Potential World Heritage Sites in Taiwan」, whereby successively introduced the concept of preservation for world heritage in our country. Although Taiwan is not the United Nations member at present, but in the concept of preservation, interaction and communication with each other must be active and do related preparations. Integrate into the concept of international preservation, whether it is tangible or intangible cultural heritage, should from the new scope of preservation for international cultural heritage, rethink how to preservation and conservation.In this research, the core of issue is preservation of cultural heritage, discussion on the subject is settlement, covering tangible cultural, intangible cultural, architectural and space, no matter the preservation of tangible cultural or intangible cultural, in order to maintain our present cultural self-evident, on behalf of the trajectory develop so far. To talk about self-evident, the indigenous peoples are unique to Taiwan, in the richness of cultural diversity and a variety of field, very representative. But indigenous peoples cultural heritage preservation is often overlooked and marginalized, cultural heritage preservation that inside proportion of which be a small. In fact everybody is not very familiar with this field, so the indigenous peoples cultural heritage preservation is not necessarily using the preservation logic of the han people, so must let it in line with international standards to think the point of view of preservation. On the research results to the slate constructions of Tjuvecekadan settlement case, proposed preservation and conservation management principles of settlement, and explore regeneration and sustainable strategy to ensure that it can be continued under the new external conditions, which is the world heritage to emphasize the spirit of sustainable development. The research results of provide the Tjuvecekadan now and in the future, in the face of their preservation and regeneration, can be multi-level way of thinking.
