This book addresses issues related to implementing Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) for upgrading the educational framework. It pays special attention to the utilization of technological tools and means in the formation of a qualitatively upgraded teaching and learning environment, as well as in dealing with crisis phenomena, as faced by school units in the period of the COVID-19 pandemic. Moreover, it celebrates the role of school administration, locating its role in the provision of high standard services for the execution of administrative school procedures and for communication between members of the school community. The book draws on a range of theoretical frameworks and identifies the critical parameters affecting the integration of ICT in all aspects of schooling, and provides multiple perspectives of proper use of information technology in an educational system.
